Chris Sallade, Director

Chris ministers to the freshman and sophomore students, as well as teaching at our Friday night meetings; he holds a Master of Divinity degree from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School.  Chris graduated from the university in 1994, and is always eager to go out for a run or to play a game of soccer with students. He joined staff with his wife Danielle in 2002, and during their time with PCF their family has grown to include three beautiful children, Lydia, Jeremy, and Laura.

David Keddie

David leads the graduate student ministry alongside teaching on Friday nights and discipling undergraduate men. He joined the staff in 2004 and married his fellow intern that year, Christina.  Christina is the general counsel at Roundview Capital and they have three children, Joshua, Sophia, and Alexa.

Anna Megill

Anna works with the undergraduate women in PCF as well as helping to coordinate communications and alumni activity. She graduated from Princeton in June 2006 and started on staff that fall. She has been on staff since then, though she took a two year break from 2009-2011 to attend Gordon-Conwell Seminary. Her degree at Gordon-Conwell is a Masters in Church History (and she was a history major in undergrad), so she is always happy to interject vignettes from the history into her Bible studies and general conversation!

Robbie Freeman

Robbie graduated from Princeton in 2020 having studied Computer Science and with a minor in Entrepreneurship. Between graduating and coming on staff, Robbie worked as a software developer in Dallas, Texas. He works with undergraduates in 1-on-1s and Bible studies and also helps to organize undergraduate fellowship events. He’s a big fan of promoting Christian hospitality through hosting dinners and spontaneous events.

Yolanda Zhi

Yolanda graduated from Princeton University in 2020 with a degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering and certificate in Architecture. She worked at a structural engineering firm in New York City post-graduation until the spring of 2023 before joining PCF staff. Yolanda works primarily with first-year through third-year undergraduate women in PCF, helps coordinate undergraduate events, and serves as the PCF Administrator. She has a great interest in watercolor painting and art history, which she is eager to share with students.

Jonathan Zhi

Jonathan graduated from Princeton in 2021, having studied mostly political philosophy, some computer science, and not enough Chinese. Before joining PCF staff, he worked for three years as an analyst at PRINCO, Princeton's endowment investment company. At PCF, he works primarily with the undergraduate men.

Megan Musick

Megan graduated from Columbia International University with a degree in Intercultural Studies and later received an MA in International Development from Eastern University. She spent four years working with a Christian organization in northern Iraq as a health program manager, where she met her husband, John. Since then, she has worked as a case manager for exploited women and served alongside her husband as a pastors’ wife and then as a chaplain for international humanitarian workers. The Lord has blessed Megan and John with two children: Zeke and Tali.  Megan now ministers to both undergraduate and graduate women with PCF and is excited to see how God works in and through students!

John Musick

John serves both undergraduate and graduate students and teaches at the Friday night meetings. He graduated from Princeton in 2013 and later received a Master of Divinity Degree from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. He is currently in the dissertation stage of a PhD at SBTS focused on the Gospel of Matthew. After graduating from Princeton, John served as an intern with PCF. He has since completed an internship in northern Iraq, pastored a rural church, and worked as a chaplain to international NGO workers. He loves hosting with his wife, reading, and a good cup of coffee. He is married to Megan, and they have two wonderful kids: Zeke and Tali.

Interns

Ryan McDowell

Ryan helps with outreach and support for the first and second year students. He graduated from the university in 2024 with a degree in computer science, with a focus on the mathematical and theoretical side of the discipline. While a student, Ryan loved serving in PCF’s Global Ministry Team and spending time with the local church community. Other than that, his favorite activities include playing long board games and exploring the great outdoors, though not at the same time.

Mirae McDowell

Mirae works primarily with underclassmen in PCF through discipleship and small groups, as well as with the rest of PCF through supporting the fellowship and Global Ministry teams. She graduated from Princeton in 2024 with a degree in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology, with an emphasis on infectious disease dynamics. During her time as a student, she enjoyed building/bridging communities, both within PCF and outside of it as a residential college advisor and Pace Center leader. She enjoys spending time in God's creation with people, especially through hosting picnics and going on refreshing hikes.

Mackenzie Slagle

Mackenzie graduated from Princeton in 2025, having studied Italian literature and politics along with a minor in Global Health and Health Policy. As a student, she loved spending time in Christian community on campus, including her time in PCF and her involvement in Six14, Princeton’s Christian dance company. In her current role with PCF, she works primarily with first and second year students through discipleship and Bible studies, in addition to supporting the fellowship team. In her free time, you can probably find her at the nearest coffee shop reading some sort of theology book or listening to a podcast.

Bill Boyce

Bill holds a Master of Theology degree from Dallas Theological Seminary and a Doctor of Ministry in Pastoral Counseling from Westminster Theological Seminary. He graduated from Princeton University in 1979 and joined PCF staff with his wife Debbie in 1985. Bill served as director of PCF from 1996-2020. Bill serves the PCF alumni family by organizing regional gatherings, hosting Zoom events, and through personal care. Bill and Debbie live in Pine, CO, and have four adult children and five grandchildren.

Debbie Boyce

Debbie holds a Masters of Arts in Religion with a Biblical Counseling emphasis from Westminster Theological Seminary. She graduated from Princeton University in 1979, where she played on the women’s ice hockey team and was involved with ROTC. She joined staff with her husband Bill in 1985. Debbie serves the PCF alumni family by organizing regional gatherings, hosting Zoom events, and through personal care. Debbie and Bill live in Pine, CO, and have four adult children and five grandchildren.
