“Let brotherly love continue. Do not neglect to show hospitality to strangers, for thereby some have entertained angels unawares.” Hebrews 13:1-2

What?

Why?

Why the Next 50?

PCF Board of Trustees member, Matt Ristuccia ’75, explains how we prayerfully arrived at the decision to renovate and equip 24 Moore Street as a ministry home for the years to come…

“Many months ago, Chris explained to the Board the significant repairs that were needed at 24 Moore Street. It became apparent that the project was going to cost hundreds of thousands of dollars. As the Board discussed this, we realized that the situation was not just a problem - it was also an opportunity. It was an opportunity not just to repair this house, but to ask the question: how might we renovate the house so as to advance the mission of PCF for the sake of the students, the alums, the staff, and the Princeton community? What if we create within 24 Moore spaces specifically designed for ministry, for hospitality, for staff meetings, for small groups. We can fix the house - yes; but let’s do more, let’s see this as a God-given opportunity to create a house better designed to fulfill PCF’s mission. Chris and the staff have embraced that opportunity mindset. And the PCF Board is 100% behind this project and its monetary goal. Together, we want to create a house that maximizes what PCF has been doing for the last 50 years with the hope and prayer that PCF will continue to do the same into the future. Together, by the grace of God, let’s set up another kingdom-strategic 50 years of PCF gospel-hospitality at 24 Moore Street.”

This is a perfect capture as to why we are doing this: we want to be good stewards of this property, good stewards of PCF’s mission, and how those two things fit together as we minister to students and the Princeton University community.
